GBNot impressed Not impressed. Totally understand that Covid-19 impacts everything but it took 20 days to receive my order. I keep receiving computer generated emails asking me to recommend them to my friends. Funny. Have emailed Customer Service multiple times with no response. Will not order from them again

GBJust like the other reviews Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

GBI ordered combination glasses with… I ordered combination glasses with different strengths in each lens. While I'm glad they offer this service, it just didn't work. The power I had tested for my weaker right eye just wasn't vaguely right when I received the readers.com glasses. Moreover, the frames were far uglier looking than they appeared online. So... I'm out $70 with an unusable pair of reading glasses. Can't say I recommend getting a pair of these.

GBBad Customer Service I ordered glasses around December 26th. I received no confirmation of order or anything else. You received your money. I finally got in contact with customer service and was told the glasses were no longer in stock. I get 2-4 emails daily from you and you couldn't email and give me a chance to order something else or refund my money, Is this how you operate your company? I have ordered before and had no problems. I finally spoke with someone and money will be refunded. You should have offered me a chance to order something else at a discount or something. I see you don't value your customers.
