Worst customer service ever! Without going into details, I had a problem with some frames and after having them only four months, I decided to exchange them. Their "12-month" warranty is a complete farce. They pretended to send me a return shipping label a couple of times, and I finally resolved the problem by dealing directly with the manufacturer of the frames. Meanwhile, everyone I contacted at BestBuyEyeglasses.com lied to me - that seems to be their corporate policy. Save yourself a ton of hassle by buying from someone else. Will NOT continue to do business with them After ordering a set of Side Shields for my Safety Glasses I was very surprised at the lack of communication and customer service. after waiting a month, no contact was made. I finally started to check out the problem and found the customer service non-existent. I finall learned that the side shields would be ordered from the manufacturer, but after a month, haven't been ordered. Wow. The company should learn to communicate with their customers.
