Worst customer service ever! Without going into details, I had a problem with some frames and after having them only four months, I decided to exchange them. Their "12-month" warranty is a complete farce. They pretended to send me a return shipping label a couple of times, and I finally resolved the problem by dealing directly with the manufacturer of the frames.
