Sent Wrong Frames Twice I ordered a pair of frames and they sent the wrong frames twice. They couldn't guarantee the they would send the right ones on the third try. They didn't seem to care that they kept screwing up.

What a po dunk company Ordered 2 frames. Called to ask if frames were in stock and ready to ship. I was told they were. Five days later I get an email saying both frames had been discontinued. Why was it on your site then??? Don’t waste your time.

So-so postage but item as described with standard extras attached I'm buying from Australia. I was a bit hesitant at first to buy anything from here, but this was the only site I could find that stocked the sunglasses I wanted. (Michael Kors 'Cheshire') Price was reasonable but the price of the shipping was a lot because of them having to use a partner company (Bongo) which re-routes packages to international locations. I believe it did take one or two days longer to process the item and actually ship it off than was stated in the 'how long does it take' section of the website. Apart from this I had no issues with the item. The sunglasses were mint condition, brand new, plastic-packaged and came with the standard accessories - sunglass case and microfiber cloth bearing the brand's logo. I'm very satisfied with the item and I'm sure that it is legitimate.

Will NOT continue to do business with them After ordering a set of Side Shields for my Safety Glasses I was very surprised at the lack of communication and customer service. after waiting a month, no contact was made. I finally started to check out the problem and found the customer service non-existent. I finall learned that the side shields would be ordered from the manufacturer, but after a month, haven't been ordered. Wow. The company should learn to communicate with their customers. Still waiting on side shields or refund after over 45 days. BEWARE
