GBApalling service Ordered my prescription sunglasses on 25th January 2018 also paid for the order at the same time. Was told there would be a one week delay in getting them from the suppliers. Agreed to wait. This carried on for a further 2 weeks and I again agreed to wait as I was not in a rush for them. Finally on February 20th I received an email saying they were currently processing my prescription and it could be another 5-7 working days and they would ship them via courier. Received another email on 26th February stating they were being prepared for dispatch. On 2nd March I contacted them asking when I would get delivery. They told me they were unable to process my prescription and they cancelled the order without notifying me. It took them over six weeks to determine they would be unable to process my prescription. They have not mentioned anything about a refund. This is really appalling service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

GBI would leave zero stars if possible I would leave zero stars if possible. Buyer beware, this company will take your money and you will never get your glasses. I was told processing would be 3 to 8 days with a prescription. My credit card was charged after the first day I placed the order, and I was assured that this only happens when the glasses leave the warehouse to go to the lab. 14 days later no glasses or updates. Spoke to a customer service agent for the third time, this time a “supervisor.” Was told that the frames had been shipped and were being worked on. Days later I called back and this time was told my frames had never been in stock and I would need to place a new order. But no one bothered to let me know this, and I was also lied to and my credit card was charged for frames that did not exist. And they had no plans on letting me know this, they were happy to keep my money and never let me know that my glasses were in fact not even available. Three different representatives including a supervisor had told me that they were shipped and were being processed. Just please be careful and stay far away from this company. Especially if you need glasses any time this decade.

GBTerrible basically criminal service at… Terrible basically criminal service at this point refuses to process a return customer service is so un trained and underpaid please take your money elsewhere cause they always screw up and never provide the service they advertise.

GBWorst customer service ever! Without going into details, I had a problem with some frames and after having them only four months, I decided to exchange them. Their "12-month" warranty is a complete farce. They pretended to send me a return shipping label a couple of times, and I finally resolved the problem by dealing directly with the manufacturer of the frames. Meanwhile, everyone I contacted at BestBuyEyeglasses.com lied to me - that seems to be their corporate policy. Save yourself a ton of hassle by buying from someone else. You may have to pay a little more, but you will be sorry if you buy from BestBuyEyeglasses.com.

GBSent Wrong Frames Twice I ordered a pair of frames and they sent the wrong frames twice. They couldn't guarantee the they would send the right ones on the third try. They didn't seem to care that they kept screwing up.
