AUNo integrity "I am an Australian shopper who went online towards end of November 2012. I purchased approximately $250.00 worth of product that I paid additional shipping to ensure it would arrive before Christmas with their International courier company Bongo. The expected delivery date was no later than 20/12/2012. As I didn't receive them I contacted the courier company only to be advised that the merchant (Bestbuy eyeglasses) did not send them the order for shipping. The company did not send me an email to notify me of any delays however was more than happy to take the money out of my account). I am extremely dissatisfied with the company, and they have yet to respond to my email. Do not BUY from them International buyers.. They clearly have no intention to improve their service, or have any integrity in their service."

GBDisappointing experience Their quality has gone way down over the years. I made an order in 2017 without any problem, but recently had multiple issues with an order. These issues really ran the gamut of poor quality and service, including my first order not being tracked and being "lost" (and a replacement only being shipped after multiple calls), the replacement pair having obvious defects on the lenses, and the second replacement being the incorrect color (somehow changing between the two previous orders), and, finally, my return request being processed as an exchange. It's been over two months since my original order was set to arrive and I don't have my glasses or my refund. If you do place an order through them make sure to be ready to track your own order and really advocate for yourself, because once Best Buy Eyeglasses has your payment they dgaf about your experience.

GBGreat frames I was hesitant at first when I ordered my glasses and then read the reviews. Usually I do the opposite. My experience with this company was great. My debit card was changed through the whole process so I contacted them and they handled it without missing a beat. I ordered my frames march the 3rd and got them on march the 18th not bad considering these frames were on back order. I think if my card wasn't changed in the middle of it, I would of received earlier. I'm very satified and considering getting a pair of sunglasses.

COWill NOT continue to do business with them After ordering a set of Side Shields for my Safety Glasses I was very surprised at the lack of communication and customer service. after waiting a month, no contact was made. I finally started to check out the problem and found the customer service non-existent. I finall learned that the side shields would be ordered from the manufacturer, but after a month, haven't been ordered. Wow. The company should learn to communicate with their customers. Still waiting on side shields or refund after over 45 days. BEWARE

CAExcessive Shipping Charges and Poor Customer Service I purchased a Burberry frame priced at 169.99 USD, and paid 16.95 USD for shipping to Canada with UPS Ground Service as stated on the company's website. When I received the product I had to pay additional 50 CAD to UPS, 8.50 CAD were for the standard Goods and Service Tax (GST) and the remaining 41 CAD !!!! were for brokerage fees to UPS in addition to the shipping fees already paid to BestBuyEyeGlasses. The Canadian Border Services Agency does not charge duty of prescription eyeglass frames. I called BestBuyEyeGlasses.com to inquire about the additional brokerage fee charged by UPS and questioned them if they were aware about the extra fees I had to pay. The customer service representative first tried to convince me that it was duty and taxes, I stated that on the UPS invoice it clearly states that it is a brokerage fee. I had already spoken to UPS and the Canada Border Services Agency and had a good understanding regarding the fees. UPS had also informed me that by choosing UPS ground service, BestBuyEyeGlasses acquired unnecessary brokerage fees on my behalf and should have sent the product by air instead. To make a long story short, the three customer service representatives from BestBuyEyeGlasses (and their manager) were unhelpful and uninformed. The manager informed me that they were aware about the brokerage fee and therefore has a statement on the web page indicating that the purchase could be subject to brokerage fees. Interestingly enough they did not consider important to state the amount of the brokerage fee on their web site and choose the most expensive mode of shipping. I requested to speak to the owner of the company, but the customer service representative told me that she did not know who the owner was. BestBuyEyeGlasses also omitted to sign the Certificate of Authenticity and the Certificate of Guarantee, which invalidates the 24-month warranty on the frame. This also raises questions about the authenticity of the product that I received. In summary I would not recommend this
