Non delivery of order placed weeks ago Non delivery of order placed weeks ago, 25 March. I am in the UK. Nearly 4 weeks deliver unacceptable. No reply to emails. Want a refund because of lack of service. You have had £187 of my money for nearly a month!

Great wool, gorgeous colours I'm very pleased with the wool I ordered. The coloured wool is stunning,and although I haven't started knitting with it yet, cant wait to get going. I've just finished my jumper with your snowstorm wool, and couldn't be more pleased.
