When the hood I ordered was not in stock, I received an email right away that listed all the in-stock choices so I could amend my order without delay. Wow! Tassels are great, website account needs help The tassels are great. I've ordered many times, but for some reason my account and password keeps getting deleted from their website. Several times I've tried creating a new account and it tells me "cannot create account because this email is already being used." So each time I order I have to go through the entire website to find what I need to reorder. I'm unable to log in with my original credentials, but can't create a new account.
