Excellent Quality Excellent quality doctoral robe with true Ph.D. blue colored velvet. The velvet trim and sleeve bars are ample in amount and quality as well. The shipping (using the priority mail option) was only two business days from NJ to SC. The velvet tam is very nice and fits perfectly to the indicated size. The gold tassel is likewise a very high quality product--far better than expected. The overall product was a pleasant surprise for the less than $150 base price, and the added costs for the blue velvet and large size tam were also very reasonable.
