Timely delivery but no real good info… Timely delivery but no real good info on how it was shipped. Email showed 3 different carriers you use and said it was shipped but did not specify the mode. The tracking number was like 20 digits long. Please in the future say which company is delivering. Product quality was great!

Creased print The print arrived in record time and when we took it to get it framed the framer removed it from the shipping container and pointed out 2 visible creases. We had to pay extra to have the print mounted to minimize the creases. Framer said it could have been alleviated if the print was shipped in a tube! Print is still beautiful and we hope to pick it up soon!

Lovely art. Fast delivery. Always reliable! I always love my artwork from iCanvas. (I just bought my eighth canvas!) Colors in the art are just as vibrant as they appear on screen. I've interacted with Customer Service twice (both times because I made a mistake). They solved the problem quickly and efficiently and they were kind and helpful. An all-around great business--I'm glad I found them!

Responsive to carrier damage, very quick shipping. UPS damaged my package (one of three) and it was also wet. ICanvas replaced it quickly. UPS contacted me two weeks after the fact asking annoying questions like how big the box was. UPS also did not stick around to get a signature as was requested. Bottom line: love the three pieces of artwork and they are hanging in my home, making it beautiful. Thank you!

Lots of beautiful art to choose from! Beautiful, great quality and lots of different types of art to choose from! I have butterflies and NYC theme canvases. I really love my newest canvas; the two dogs Charlie and Wallace! Sooo cute! Lots of compliments received by visitors to my home!
