Quoquese J is the true definition of AMAZING Customer service!!! I called Coterie thru Pie Insurance today to find out how much my renewal was going to cost me monthly bc I've not been given that info yet and I hit the jackpot with the amazing customer service rep that answered my call! She reminded me of my best friend rather than just some stranger working for an insurance company. I hope her boss sees this bc Quoquese J is doing her job plus going about 100 extra miles to ensure her customers satisfaction. I mean, I should've gotten her extension so I only deal with her from here on out. She impressed me BIG TIME in the 5 minutes we were on the phone. This woman is going places. Audit Department I have been trying to contact the Audit Department, nobody returned my call for almost 2 weeks, and I just received an email saying there's nothing they can do to help me. They just have ignored my multiple requests to talk to somebody.
