GBImpossible to get a hold of Impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer emails or phone calls. So if you have change or claim on your policy it will not happen. There is also no way to cancel your policy online. They will keep charging your card on file. SCARY company to be handling your Workers Comp insurance.

I called Coterie thru Pie Insurance today to find out how much my renewal was going to cost me monthly bc I've not been given that info yet and I hit the jackpot with the amazing customer service rep that answered my call! She reminded me of my best friend rather than just some stranger working for an insurance company. I hope her boss sees this bc Quoquese J is doing her job plus going about 100 extra miles to ensure her customers satisfaction. I mean, I should've gotten her extension so I only deal with her from here on out. She impressed me BIG TIME in the 5 minutes we were on the phone. This woman is going places.
