GBQuoquese J is the true definition of AMAZING Customer service!!! I called Coterie thru Pie Insurance today to find out how much my renewal was going to cost me monthly bc I've not been given that info yet and I hit the jackpot with the amazing customer service rep that answered my call! She reminded me of my best friend rather than just some stranger working for an insurance company. I hope her boss sees this bc Quoquese J is doing her job plus going about 100 extra miles to ensure her customers satisfaction. I mean, I should've gotten her extension so I only deal with her from here on out. She impressed me BIG TIME in the 5 minutes we were on the phone. This woman is going places. Isabella called back and was quiet friendly and a nice surprise from the typical customer service people i speak to. she was super patient, helpful and took care of what i needed. GB5 star only for Steven Prichett 0 stars for billing and customer service This 5 star review is only for the customer service I received from our auditor Steven Prichett. He was on top of it all. I have debit where my payments are debited from our business account every month. After many attempts speaking to billing and customer service telling them I had a dispute to not take $7066 out of my account, they did it anyway! Customer service team and billing needs to take a course from Steven. These are hard times for all and just a little bit of concern and empathy and even a call back from billing or customer service which didn’t take place! So this 5 star only goes to Steven Prichett. Change up your team in billing and customer service your going to lose clients if you don’t!
