Impossible to get a hold of Impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer emails or phone calls. So if you have change or claim on your policy it will not happen. There is also no way to cancel your policy online. They will keep charging your card on file. SCARY company to be handling your Workers Comp insurance.

Zero customer service/false audit Audit results are inaccurate and they are trying to charge me for an amount that exceeds my actual payroll. They keep trying to charge my card even though I have tried repeatedly to respond or contact ANYONE. They cannot be reached by phone nor email. I’m beginning to think the worst of this company.

Audit Department I have been trying to contact the Audit Department, nobody returned my call for almost 2 weeks, and I just received an email saying there's nothing they can do to help me. They just have ignored my multiple requests to talk to somebody.

She assured us that Pie is associated with Sirius insurance and verified our prior policy number. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and touched base with Pie’s audit department for specifics re our policy. Very pleased with her customer service!!
