GB5 star only for Steven Prichett 0 stars for billing and customer service This 5 star review is only for the customer service I received from our auditor Steven Prichett. He was on top of it all. I have debit where my payments are debited from our business account every month. After many attempts speaking to billing and customer service telling them I had a dispute to not take $7066 out of my account, they did it anyway! Customer service team and billing needs to take a course from Steven. These are hard times for all and just a little bit of concern and empathy and even a call back from billing or customer service which didn’t take place! So this 5 star only goes to Steven Prichett. Change up your team in billing and customer service your going to lose clients if you don’t!

She assured us that Pie is associated with Sirius insurance and verified our prior policy number. GBAudit results 9 months after audit and business closed I provided all information in a timely manner at the time of my business closing. 9 months after the business and all accounts were closed, Pie sent me an invoice for the audit submitted 9 months prior. Stay away from this company since they apparently can't do things in a timely manner and then are no help to try to resolve this.
