Profession and understanding Jazz was very professional and kind to me. She understood my situation and helped to calm my nerves during our phone conversation. She was also able to confirm that the underwriting dept. had all the information needed to update my renewal.

Audit results 9 months after audit and business closed I provided all information in a timely manner at the time of my business closing. 9 months after the business and all accounts were closed, Pie sent me an invoice for the audit submitted 9 months prior. Stay away from this company since they apparently can't do things in a timely manner and then are no help to try to resolve this.
