Impossible to get a hold of Impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer emails or phone calls. So if you have change or claim on your policy it will not happen. There is also no way to cancel your policy online. They will keep charging your card on file. SCARY company to be handling your Workers Comp insurance.

Zero customer service/false audit Audit results are inaccurate and they are trying to charge me for an amount that exceeds my actual payroll. They keep trying to charge my card even though I have tried repeatedly to respond or contact ANYONE. They cannot be reached by phone nor email. I’m beginning to think the worst of this company.

Audit results 9 months after audit and business closed I provided all information in a timely manner at the time of my business closing. 9 months after the business and all accounts were closed, Pie sent me an invoice for the audit submitted 9 months prior. Stay away from this company since they apparently can't do things in a timely manner and then are no help to try to resolve this.
