Quoquese J is the true definition of AMAZING Customer service!!! I called Coterie thru Pie Insurance today to find out how much my renewal was going to cost me monthly bc I've not been given that info yet and I hit the jackpot with the amazing customer service rep that answered my call! She reminded me of my best friend rather than just some stranger working for an insurance company. I hope her boss sees this bc Quoquese J is doing her job plus going about 100 extra miles to ensure her customers satisfaction. I mean, I should've gotten her extension so I only deal with her from here on out. She impressed me BIG TIME in the 5 minutes we were on the phone. This woman is going places. She's amazing and knowledgeable and she really helped me out today!! Thank you Coterie for hiring Ki. She made my day that much better!!!

Asrah W is AMAZING Asrah W is AMAZING! I called a day prior and that receptionist wasn't aware that I can change the effective date without underwriting(Not timely and horrible communication). The insured was ready to bind once effective date changed and this took over 4 days UNTIL Asrah was able to help and secure this sale for me. She deserves a gift & raise!
