We received the package with a hole in… We received the package with a hole in the center and the canvass is not well protected. The part of the box marks on the canvass. The packaging is not good. We like the canvass though it is just the packaging that damage the canvass.

Opened box Luckily the canvas wasn’t damaged, because the box was opened at both ends. I think some added tape would be needed. That said I love the product Anna will be ordering more soon.

Customer service was great Customer service was great. They responded quickly and were able to solve my issue appropriately. Very willing to work with the customer to find a solution. Will be buying from them. The painting itself is good quality as well!
