Best customer service ever!! I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

Great quality for the price Great quality for the price, and is a nice affordable step up from an ikea frame. Customer service was responsive when I was having an issue with an order. Would definitely recommend, and will be a go to from now on when hunting for frames.

Value for Money and Beautiful Beautiful frames. Very nicely packaged and delivered on time. The acrylic was dirty and I needed to clean it before framing my pictures. But I was picky because I used them for exhibition framing. Very easy to use.

Finally Found It! It has been very difficult to find 18x18 art pieces and places that will print in that size. I stumbled on Vossington via a Google search and luckily the options were to my liking. The packaging was super protective, and it fit perfectly in my frame. I will be ordering the rest of the collection to complete my gallery.
