Best customer service ever!! I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

Trying to return Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days. Edit: It turns out they were trying to contact me insistently and finally they got through. Sent me clear directions to return the item. Hence editing my review.

Great-looking Frame Most interesting frame I've seen yet; veneer over metal--but really well-executed. I like the thin profile a LOT and will likely order again when the need arises. I definitely like the pricing.

The acrylic frame was chipped at the… The acrylic frame was chipped at the bottom corner. Looks like someone dropped it while they were packing the frame because the frame is fine but the acrylic is chipped. Maybe they should have tossed this one aside instead of sending it out to a customer.

They're beautiful frame and really easy… They're beautiful frames and really easy to assemble and hang. 3 stars because one of them came with a gap in one corner where the metal isn't quite joined together. It's not terribly noticeable so I didn't bother sending it back, but it is less structurally sound than the other one I purchased. Wish there was better quality control, but in general, they're lovely. UPDATE: the company reached out after this review and after I sent them pictures of the damage frame and box, they sent me a replacement. Very cool.
