Now my photos are hanging on a freshly painted wall and look fantastic. I am glad I took the time to research this product online. Trying to return Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days. Edit: It turns out they were trying to contact me insistently and finally they got through. Sent me clear directions to return the item. Hence editing my review.

Excellent customer service My frame arrived with a broken clip on the backboard. I spoke to customer service and requested another backboard. I sent the requested photos and problem was resolved.
