They stand by their customers! Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

The transaction with the company went… The transaction with the company went fairly well ordered myself to cure posters along with the two matching training cards that came with it was given a time frame which wasn't too bad and then unfortunately one of the time came for them to be shipped I had received a notice that there was a delay in back order and it was almost close to 3 months after the initial weight so that was the only disappointment if that was the case I could have picked up the poster at the concert myself instead of thinking I'd get a nice pristine one that wasn't dented ripped or torn that I had to carry around so that was the only death on that

I ordered a poster on March 08 I ordered a poster on March 08, 2022 and did not hear anything from Collectionzz until June 16, 2022 when it finally shipped. Collectionz needs to do a better job communicating about where an order is at every step of the process. Especially if the order is coming months after it was ordered. I spent a lot of time stressed out wondering where my order was or what its status was or if it was gonna just show up unexpectedly and get stolen. Then suddenly I got a rush of emails right about the time it arrived. Not cool. I will not order from this site ever again. Shame because the product is beautiful and exactly what I ordered.

Good stuff! Took a bit to arrive, but fantastic quality and really nice design. Definitely would order again if I found another I wanted. I ordered the Black Crowes ‘21 gold foil poster. Beautiful print! Great customer service too. Answered emails right away! ✌️

I bought a mystery poster tube Updated February 17, 2024: The company refunded my purchase when learning that I was not satisfied with the condition of my mystery tube posters. I am thankful for their responsiveness. It is evident that customer satisfaction is a high priority of theirs. I look forward to buying more prints from them.
