They stand by their customers! Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

The transaction with the company went… The transaction with the company went fairly well ordered myself to cure posters along with the two matching training cards that came with it was given a time frame which wasn't too bad and then unfortunately one of the time came for them to be shipped I had received a notice that there was a delay in back order and it was almost close to 3 months after the initial weight so that was the only disappointment if that was the case I could have picked up the poster at the concert myself instead of thinking I'd get a nice pristine one that wasn't dented ripped or torn that I had to carry around so that was the only death on that

i ordered lithographic posters i urdered some lithographic posters but received the wrong ones. i sent a text to their customer service and in less than 24 hours the correct posters were shipped to me. In addition they told me to keep the very nice posters i received in error. Excellent customer service and great selection of wall art.

Team shipped to Australia for me - Even though they usually don't. A+ Iconic by Collectionzz team sent a package which was not usually shippable to Australia, It did take a long time but due to no fault of Iconic. The package quality to ensure no transport damage as well as the holographic print i received are fantastic. Can't thank the team more.

There’s no updates on orders when half… There’s no updates on orders when half is delivered and the other half will be available, long lead time after an order is placed and it ships. The order should be accepted and charged when it ships not pay and wait for 2 months.
