USSo,I was under the impression that my… So,I was under the impression that my ring I ordered was sterling silver, so when I received my ring, it was a little big, so I took it toy jeweler to have it sized, and couldn't have it sized because it's not real sterling silver, it's copper! So,bi contact the company & instead of trying to make things right, the first thing they asked was about the size, so,I'm trying to tell them the size wasn't the issue,vit was the fact it not being real! So, then they asked if the ring tarnished? Needless to say they offered no compensation for me not being happy with my product, no refund no nothing, not even good customer service! So, don't I repeat don't get suckered like I did! I guess I have to eat this one! 😡 Never again!

USI am so disappointed in the ring I… I am so disappointed in the ring I purchased. First of all the picture is only half the size of the stone it is on. It is so small a magnifying glass doesn't do it justice. The picture isn't even centered on the ring. I purchased a ring from Temu for less than $2.00 and it is better quality than this. I will not be ordering again and anyone else beware before you order. I feel I deserve a refund!!!

USCustomer service did not review picture of my order versus what the shipped. Customer service did respond. I received the WRONG BRACELETS. I actually sent pictures of what I received (versus what I ordered). Not even close to my confirmed order. After sending the pictures they told me there was nothing wrong with what I received. Obviously the person reviewing the pictures was either blind or didn’t have her/his glasses on. The customer service for this company is horrible.

USIf I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased 2 bracelets for my sons for Christmas on December 3. The only email I’ve received is to confirm the order. I used the tracking app but there have been no updates since December 18. I’ve emailed customer support several times but have not received a response. Save your money folks…..
