I gave one star because I "did" receive… I gave one star because I "did" receive the ring. The stones are not all correct. 2 of them are nowhere near what the stone is for that month, and yes, even for them being raw stones, they are wrong. The ring doesn't really look like the one they picture. It is rather garish and large looking instead of a more delicate feminine look. It looks crudely made. Overall disappointment!! Wish I had of done better research because I normally do!! I don't recommend purchasing the birthstone ring that is pictured all over IG.

So,I was under the impression that my… So,I was under the impression that my ring I ordered was sterling silver, so when I received my ring, it was a little big, so I took it toy jeweler to have it sized, and couldn't have it sized because it's not real sterling silver, it's copper! So,bi contact the company & instead of trying to make things right, the first thing they asked was about the size, so,I'm trying to tell them the size wasn't the issue,vit was the fact it not being real! So, then they asked if the ring tarnished? Needless to say they offered no compensation for me not being happy with my product, no refund no nothing, not even good customer service! So, don't I repeat don't get suckered like I did! I guess I have to eat this one! 😡 Never again!

37Bracelet is a site you should definitely try!! I have ordered from 37Bracelet many times and I have never been disappointed with their products. They are delivered safely and never damaged when I receive them. The quality is great. I also love the different items they carry in their stock. Some are extremely funny and others are very sentimental. But I would tell you that if you are in a rush then don’t order on short notice. I think their delivery time is fine, but it can be at times a little longer sometimes. I just say it is well worth the wait!!! You just have to plan ahead. I would suggest you try 37Bracelet!!!

Never got my order! Made an order (bracelets) order #BR69774-on 10/15/23. Due to a mishap on the mailing address my order was returned to sender by the post office between 11/3/23 and 11/15/23 according to tracking # 93001105538560000041948855. I have been trying to get a refund or the goods ordered but have not had any success. From 2/15/24 until 3/2/24 I had been corresponding with "Alethea" from 37 Bracelet and paid a new shipping fee of $9.99 (order #BR104809) on 3/2/24 to have order re-shipped with correct address. Still have not received order and was told you were unable to refund original order money of $122.37. I feel you have TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!! TODAYS DATE IS 3/27/24. BARBARA DOKKA -TRNKA
