GBI had a very bad experience with 37bracelet… I bought two bracelets from 37bracelet and they were both of poor quality. The first bracelet broke after being worn a few times. The second bracelet came already broken. I took it out of the box and one of the stones fell out right then and there.

GBNever got my order! Made an order (bracelets) order #BR69774-on 10/15/23. Due to a mishap on the mailing address my order was returned to sender by the post office between 11/3/23 and 11/15/23 according to tracking # 93001105538560000041948855. I have been trying to get a refund or the goods ordered but have not had any success. From 2/15/24 until 3/2/24 I had been corresponding with "Alethea" from 37 Bracelet and paid a new shipping fee of $9.99 (order #BR104809) on 3/2/24 to have order re-shipped with correct address. Still have not received order and was told you were unable to refund original order money of $122.37. I feel you have TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!! TODAYS DATE IS 3/27/24. BARBARA DOKKA -TRNKA

GBCustomer service did not review picture of my order versus what the shipped. Customer service did respond. I received the WRONG BRACELETS. I actually sent pictures of what I received (versus what I ordered). Not even close to my confirmed order. After sending the pictures they told me there was nothing wrong with what I received. Obviously the person reviewing the pictures was either blind or didn’t have her/his glasses on. The customer service for this company is horrible.

GBFor a first time customer I'm NOT happy… For a first time customer I'm NOT happy at all!!! No responses to numerous emails regarding no shipment or delivery of the paid item. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company!!!
