Working with Mark, Ben and Jamie to make sure they understood what we needed, how we needed it, and when we had to have it made for smooth and seamless experiences every time. We have since referred Benchmark to other departments within our organization as well as some of our affiliates in other parts of Georgia. We would work with them again without hesitation. Prices and completion of work were more than fair, and the products we received were exactly what we ordered.

Excellent Service! I needed a trophy made for a company event and I needed to use special artwork. They clearly explained to me what items and format they needed in order to complete the request. After the order was set, Benchmark delivered the trophy a few days before the expected date and it looked great! A week later, I found out I needed a second and identical trophy. All I had to do was put in a second order and reference the original. It was easy and the second trophy was delivered within a week! Overall, they provided an excellent customer service experience with a fast turn around time. I will definitely use Benchmark Trophy again for any personal or business needs.

Superb Customer Service I contacted Benchmark at the last minute when an online vendor messed my order up and did not notify me until the day of the event.
