Best service we have ever had. Having a couple of businesses over the years we have generally found this area of marketing to be a major headache. I am happy to write this review and tell you that Matt and his team are great to work with on every level. Personalized service, quality products and great prices. Superb Customer Service I contacted Benchmark at the last minute when an online vendor messed my order up and did not notify me until the day of the event. Benchmark Trophy's staff was pleasant to speak with and immediately offered their assistance to my problem. They were quick and expedient and very courteous. I will definitely be using them for our next company event.

Excellent Service! I needed a trophy made for a company event and I needed to use special artwork. They clearly explained to me what items and format they needed in order to complete the request. After the order was set, Benchmark delivered the trophy a few days before the expected date and it looked great! A week later, I found out I needed a second and identical trophy. All I had to do was put in a second order and reference the original. It was easy and the second trophy was delivered within a week! Overall, they provided an excellent customer service experience with a fast turn around time. I will definitely use Benchmark Trophy again for any personal or business needs.
