Miryam responded quickly to my inquiries and I was able to purchase and receive Carlota before Christmas for my daughter-in-law's gift. When she opened her gift her words were "OMG - she's gorgeous." My Catrina is beautiful! My Catrina is beautiful! It was so well packaged. It even had instructions on how to unpack it. I filled 5 grocery bags with peanuts and there was lots of bubble wrap. The shipping was quicker than expected and I highly recommend them. My only criticism was that when I was searching for more information, it appears that they have a shop at the address shown online. Their website shows it as a physical location. I tried calling and got no answer, so my husband and I went there. Only to find it’s a Realtors office. I was very disappointed but I ordered online. Someone needs to delete that information.

2nd experience i live near NY, USA. my friend bought a couple some time back, and i just bought a few different ones, too. both times shipping took the tine expected and packages arrived well enough. will definitely continue to expand my small collection!

Beautiful !! Beautiful !! These Ceramic/Clay Catrinas are a work of art that express themselves individually. Truly one of a kind. I’m so pleased with the Artist work and creativity that I have started my own collection. Customer service does an Excellent! Job in the packaging along with instructions as to how unpackaged with care.

Phenomenal artpiece- a bit slow to ship. Worth the wait! The item , it's quality, value and security with which it was packaged for shipment deserve 5 stars. In the future, however, I will give the Shop a full month to ship because it did take almost 3 weeks to be placed in the mail, plus another in transit from Mexico. In a nutshell I will happily purchase from the Shop in the future!
