I was very disappointed with the quality and workmanship I was very disappointed with the quality of my Catrina. I absolutely love Catrinas and have a large collection, several pieces are from this shop, however as a valentines gift from my husband he ordered me a very tall Catrina and although she is beautiful the quality and workmanship is quiet disappointing. Her body is all crooked as if she was laid on her side during drying time or baking. She is completely flat on one side and is very lopsided. This is the 2nd piece I received with poor workmanship, the first was replaced. This particular one is a gift and so I’m not sure how to have it replaced or refunded. The pictures portrayed are of special care and detail certainly not what I’ve received.

Never received package Never received package I had a po box on my shipping address and got an email from customer service that they can't deliver to Po box, I corrected the address to my home. That was 2 weeks ago, still no package. I emailed and called customer service to get an update on where this is. I have not gotten any reply. Update, received package and couldn't be more happy with the statue.

Love the Catrina Shop Statues! This is the third time I have purchased merchandise from The Catrina Shop. My Nephew received my gift and was very impressed with the packaging he loved the clay statues. I am definitely going to continue to purchase many statues in the future. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant craftmanship! Absolutely brilliant craftmanship! My wife loved it! My wife loves Adelitas in general so she really enjoy receiving it as her Valentines gift. The tracking was invaluable. New where the shipment was as it moved along. Very impressed with the Catrina Shop! We will be ordering again.
