I had a slight problem with my original order and customer care worked with me and resolved it rapidly. My order arrived today, Sept 14, 2022. It’s the 36” dream catcher in black and I had them put my collie dog kennel name of it. It just ‘pops’ on the kennel building between the black color, design, workmanship, and size. Have had lots of compliments on it. I’m over the moon with Moments Engraved and happy I made my purchase. Thank you!

Great item - not so good packaging The item itself was great (our second purchased from this company), however the packaging was not sufficient. The item was sent in a thinly padded bag and it was bent slightly when it arrived. I would be happy to pay extra to know that the item was properly packed with no chance of being damaged in transit.
