One gift was not going to arrive on time, but the company communicated quickly and honestly when they knew, so we could let the recipients know. I was so glad they just informed us instead of trying to cut corners on quality on this handmade gift! I am most impressed with their customer service, and will certainly order from them again.

As a special gift for our son and his wife, the finished product was exceptionally well received and will bring them a great deal of enjoyment in the years to come.

Great item - not so good packaging The item itself was great (our second purchased from this company), however the packaging was not sufficient. The item was sent in a thinly padded bag and it was bent slightly when it arrived. I would be happy to pay extra to know that the item was properly packed with no chance of being damaged in transit.

Totally surprised when a Moments… Totally surprised when a Moments Engraved box arrived at my front door. After opening, a beautiful metal engraving with my family name and intricate design was certainly an eyeful. It took a couple of minutes for my wife to find the right wall space and up it went. Even though early in the year we're already planning gifts for the upcoming holidays. We did examine the site and found additional gifts available including for dog lovers, check it out. Glad it was a surprise.

Happy in Australia! We had Moments Engraved design and make a gate logo for us several years ago and have had it on our gate until this year when we had a new gate and surround built and electrified. We asked Moments Engraved if they could redo the design so that it would fit on the gatepost. They did and the whole process, with the miracles of modern technology, took about three weeks— from Minnesota to Queensland, Australia! Really happy with it and highly recommend Moments Engraved!
