GBFrequent price increases, slow shipping and glitches in notifications. Prices keep going up. Shipping times also have increased since the new “upgraded app” was released. Prices increased 2.00/10 photos over the last few weeks alone with slow shipping/printing speeds. More cost for slower service seems like a poor business model. When I first used this app for photos it was reasonably priced and I was very happy with shipping speeds. Those days are gone. Their system also frequently glitches and doesn’t notify you that your order is shipped, received etc. Seems like every aspect was better before the update.

GBGreat Staff Member Makes Happy Mom! Staff Support Specialist Janel was quick to respond to my problem. She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel. And thanks Pelipost for the service your company offers to our loved ones!

TTI was promised quick delivery with 3… I was promised quick delivery with 3 days however it’s been 24 hours and my photos aren’t even printed. Becky doesn’t even respond to my queries as to why my photos aren’t printed yet. I will recommend to send photos yourself than use this app their communication is horrible. If I don’t get a response today I’m cancelling my order. I do not recommend.
