Great Staff Member Makes Happy Mom! Staff Support Specialist Janel was quick to respond to my problem. She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel. Updated review My brother still hasn’t received his photos. The order date was 2-9-2023 and the status reads arrived. I had to leave a review since there is no listed contact information. Update: I realized that I did not change my brother’s institution after he was moved. My previous review was a result of my misunderstanding. Customer service was supportive, timely and very professional. I will continue to use Pelipost to send my brother photos.
