Responsive and easy to deal with Customer care is always eager and on point. Requests are fulfilled in timely matter. A complaint I have is that reports can't be exported into Excel or csv, but otherwise all is fine. Very cost efficient.

ZUMA PAYROLL PROCESSING WE SWITCHED TO ZUMA PAYROLL PROCESSING APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR AGO. THE TRANSITION FROM OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDER HAS BEEN SEAMLESS. WE RECEIVE OUR WEEKLY PAYROLL IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE FEW CALLS I HAD TO MAKE DUE TO CHANGES WE REQUIRED WAS HANDLED EXPEDITIOUSLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZUMA. She always makes immediate time for me if I have an issue, which isn't often because Zuma has a very simple program to work with. My payroll is processed and delivered every week without a hitch.
