Scam, My order never arrived!!! Papercraftwold.com Products looked fun so ordered it for my niece on 8 May 2020. Order confirmation quickly received. Tracking number received. Then nothing. Order has now been “stuck” in shipping center since 28 May 2020. Despite correspondence with papercrafworld by email their response time is slow. Usually a couple of days. Despite papercraftworlds repeated promis Ses to sort out the problem nothing has happened and on 18 June 2020 we have still not received the product. Unfortunately seems like a scam and should be avoided!

Wonderful Products，Superb Customer Service PaperCraft World's products are awesome, but their staff is even more awesome. My package was MIA for a long time, I kept asking for help from my country's postal courier and they didn't respond. I emailed PaperCraft World, Nicky responded within hours telling me that it was held by customs and also got it released right away. For the next few days, Nicky kept me updated on the delivery progress. I was so impressed by the genuine care given to me as a customer. As for the product, the paper quality + colors are superb. There is a practice piece for beginners, so thoughtful. Every piece is labelled, instructions are clear etc. Perfect!

Great product but pricy I have bought several of their products now, the beagle, fox and squirrel, I definitely recommend getting the models made with more colours as they look better. They are easy to assemble though the glueing can be a little tedious. Takes me about 6 hrs over two evenings to complete them. They look great, recommend to anyone with time and patience
