NLGood customerservice While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

CAVery good customer service Hi Figured’Art. I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied. There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance. Best regards, Pierre

USI ordered a month and a half ago I ordered a month and a half ago. You order from a site pretending to be from your preferred country and it all just comes from China…what doesn’t anymore really. Thought I was getting g a USA made product. Hopefully it arrives.

USI have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again
