Good customerservice While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

Was looking for more paint by numbers… Was looking for more paint by numbers for my handicapped son - he really enjoys this as a hobby. Had many sites come up but he chose two from the bunch and both were with Figured Art. Bonus - with two he got one free. Easy to deal with, no hassles, one painting came within two days and the other two arrived shortly thereafter. Best part - real people responded to all inquiries.

Great product! As I was in the process of finding art that I felt I could acutally do, as a newbie it was tricky until I came across this company. Receiving the packages in such a timely manner as well as viewing all the goodness, I'm really excited to get started! I did have a question and customer service replied promptly and kindly.

I love this place… I will not get paint by numbers from anyone else now that I found Figured’Art USA and I found them a couple years ago actually and they are fabulous. The paintings are top quality. I’ve had a couple reasons to contact them and their customer service is amazing. Dance Class… This is my first experience ordering from Figured'Art USA. I was very impressed with the customer service from Sam. My first order wasn't quite what the advertised picture showed. With apologies Sam replaced it at no charge. I am disappointed the product comes from China. I will order again from this company.
