Smaller Than Expected Buyers should understand how these horns are measured on the spiral before ordering. I was expecting a 32-35” horn, which is MUCH smaller than I anticipated (only 24” wide). Also, the horn sent to me has a chunk missing from damage along it’s edge. Not ideal, but I understand it’s a “natural product”. I wish I would have ordered a larger horn. The sound is lovely though.

Great Customer Service I received my order very quickly but it was missing an item. I sent an email and received a response right away. They apologized for the missing item and said they would send it out right away. I received an email the next day stating it had been shipped and the next day I received it. Excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the quality of items.

I finally received my two shofar bags I finally received my two shofar bags. The fabric and style of the bags are just what I expected. Very beautiful inscription lettering. What I am saddened by is that the bag is an advertisement. I thought I was purchasing a beautiful bag to carry each of our shofars.
