Great Customer Service I received my order very quickly but it was missing an item. I sent an email and received a response right away. They apologized for the missing item and said they would send it out right away. I received an email the next day stating it had been shipped and the next day I received it. Excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the quality of items.

Exactly what I expected and was… Exactly what I expected and was delivered in about 3 weeks unexpectedly. The tracking number they gave me from UPS never showed it hit the US yet. Then I get a package from USPS on my porch. I believe they must have given me the wrong tracking number. But I’m very impressed with the Rams horn. I wish it was wider at the end for a deeper sound but it still does the job. Amen.

I finally received my two shofar bags I finally received my two shofar bags. The fabric and style of the bags are just what I expected. Very beautiful inscription lettering. What I am saddened by is that the bag is an advertisement. I thought I was purchasing a beautiful bag to carry each of our shofars.
