GBI haven't received.my item I haven't received.my item. I haven't received a shipping number. I haven't been told anything other. A. comment about how they can't make money just appear. In the event that they do refund. Which I was really unweak. Delete messaging trying to find information about because I hadn't received a shipped me and I had mentioned to them how they should clearly state what the person is purchasing as in pre-order or actual product in hand cause I wasn't told. That it was a pre-order. Basically paid hundred bucks for nothing haven't gotten an Anything other than a hard time

GBI was sent the wrong shipping # so i… I was sent the wrong shipping # so i thought my package went to the wrong state, customer service was quick with the response & figured out what had happened whoops... no harm no foul.. i will be shopping with you again because of customer service thank you
