Upon purchasing I didn't catch that when filling out my shipping address, auto-correct had caused me to make mistakes, Josh reached out to verify my address quickly, this was reassuring to me. I ordered on 1/11/24 I ordered on 1/11/24. Today is 1/18. Got an answer to my email yesterday, they explained that "just had a baby and been at hospital for last two days." They said they'd get it in the mail "tomorrow". I replied congrats, np, best wishes and thanks. -still waiting on that tracking number... little more communication would help. :) Update: got my tracking number on 1/20/24. Says it'll be here tomorrow.
