I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my first order with mhrbbulkusa.com was simply a sterling example of how to earn a return customer. I was concerned about the quality of the dye and wanted to order a smaller sample amount. I reached out to the support and within an hour or two had a response offering me the perfect sample amount and price. Upon purchasing I didn't catch that when filling out my shipping address, auto-correct had caused me to make mistakes, Josh reached out to verify my address quickly, this was reassuring to me. When my dye came in just 2 or 3 days I was blown away(shipping was free in the US)! I finally got the time to work with the product and test its quality last week. I ordered on 1/11/24 I ordered on 1/11/24. Today is 1/18. Got an answer to my email yesterday, they explained that "just had a baby and been at hospital for last two days." They said they'd get it in the mail "tomorrow". I replied congrats, np, best wishes and thanks. -still waiting on that tracking number... little more communication would help. :) Update: got my tracking number on 1/20/24. Says it'll be here tomorrow.
