We were originally sent a wrong box for… We were originally sent a wrong box for the set of furniture we ordered. Customer service responded within 24 hours and after sending pics of the boxes and pieces we received, they sent us the correct box 2 for the furniture set. Also, rather than asking us to return the wrong box of furniture (these boxes are heavy!), they told us to keep the wrong box for our inconvenience. The furniture is sitting in our new enclosed porch and we are loving it! Thank you for such a great response!

wonderful product but needs realistic shipping estimates and country of origin indicated wonderful product and my 13 year old niece did nothing but paint on it the morning she got it. I would give it 4-5 years except for the misleading origin of the product, and the lack of a realistic shipping estimate. it took over a month from order date to arrive and was three weeks after Christmas due to post office/covid delays. the seller should be clear about where the product is made/shipped so that USA buyers can plan accordingly. I WILL buy another if the seller can be more up front about origin/delivery expectations

First time ordering, company is top notch This was my first time ordering a item from them . I can honestly say they went beyond anything you can imagine. I had an issue with my mailing address, nothing to do with them at all. They literally searched found my order emailed me several times to keep me updated, which made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could. Their work paid off I received it ,my item was beautiful, high quality material. I definitely will be back , I highly recommend you to buy from them . This company appears to be a USA… This company appears to be a USA company. They even have a USA address listed on contact page. Once you place the order, you get tracking which takes forever and is shipped from China. Yes its ok to be China company but don't try to make your site appear as a USA company. Thinking I ordered from a USA company I expected faster shipping, better service and more product standards. Overseas companies often don't maintain product consistency and sell a low quality product.
