Scammers !!! I bought a "Lifetime subscription" that includes 1k monthly downloads. But they changed it to 10 images per month. I wrote to support and they responded "Solved" but nothing was solved at all. I understand they need to make some adjusts but form 1K monthly to 10 monthly it is a joke. Same as several people here, I trusted on them, but they didn't honored our trust. Shame on you Scopio.

Experience at Scopio I applied for a job posting on Scopio app and soon I landed a year long design contract with them. So far my experience with them have been wonderful. customer service will not reply back on subscription issue. I paid for a lifetime subscription awhile back. I had an issue gaining access to the content with my subscription and emailed them ...again...again and again. It has been 3 times through customer service with NO reply. Update...the owner of Scopio contacted me and corrected the situation which I appreciated and apologized for the no response from the customer service team, which was an email address error.
