GBcustomer service will not reply back on subscription issue. I paid for a lifetime subscription awhile back. I had an issue gaining access to the content with my subscription and emailed them ...again...again and again. It has been 3 times through customer service with NO reply. Update...the owner of Scopio contacted me and corrected the situation which I appreciated and apologized for the no response from the customer service team, which was an email address error.

MYTerrible service Terrible service. No one responds to their live chat, or Facebook messenger. And talking to them via email is like talking to a donut. Not to mention that photo selection is hardly considered good. Better off with 123rf, istock or anything else out there. Scop.io claims they are fully founded by women and they use it as a marketing gimmick, their customer service however is totally a disgrace to that gender.
