not happy at all with the quality… I was not happy at all with the quality of the printing. The image was off-center, and it was very obvious that it was on both sides. The color is also a flat.

Avoid like the plague Designed my business card and was sent a proof to print out and make sure it was what I wanted. The artwork was off and unusable for my intended application. I reached out on the live chat with the updates I needed to which they sounded like they understood the request and my next proof would be exactly what I wanted. Instead, they moved the artwork halfway off the card. I then reached out to have the artwork reset to the original so I could make an adjustment to fix it myself. I then printed out the next proof they sent and it was off again. I reached out to the company asking for a sample, just one business card, of the original print. They said they were unable to fulfil my request. The chat had been going on for 30 minutes without any resolution to fixing the artwork. Decided I wanted to cancel the order and they drug out that process for another half hour. Customer service is slow and useless.

48H goes the extra mile ... 48H staff worked diligently to produce a larger bookmark than its standard piece, and the results were great, on time & on budget. I've used 48H before and have always been extremely pleased with my results. Our new bookmarks are only the latest example of their professionalism and excellence.

Enhancing the surrounding area. The process to creating our banner was simple but we made a typo and we did not realize our error until after the 48 hour turn around time had passed. I was able to contact customer support and they cheerfully made the necessary changes to our satisfaction and our mesh banner looks gr8.

Scam Scam! I promised fpostcards will be delivered to the mailboxes within max 2-3 weeks. I receive notification that postcards delivered to post office 10 days after placing on order. 3 weeks later I still have not received my cards. I pays $1,700 for something just disapeared. Horrible service, over an hour on the phone and nobody to speak with. DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO GET SCAMMED With this company!
