WOW! Favorite online order! WOW!!! The entire experience, creating my banner, ordering, and arrival was incredible! I was skeptical how well this banner would turn out with how fast they are made but it was everything I wanted and more! Everyone at our company was impressed and we now know where we are going for all our future projects! I am so happy with the entire process and how my banner turned out! Having access to their gallery of images to pull it all together was such a plus! Thank you again to everyone involved!

Chat Support was Great!!! I made was rushing to finish my order and in the process of uploading art, picking sizes and quantities, and reviewing the art, and going back in the browser and then forward, I ended up ordering my prints in the wrong size. I noticed this within an hour or two of submitting my order, and I used chat to reach you all. The chat associate helped me edit the order, update the correct size for the prints, and make the necessary edits to the order to still get the prints in time. It was very easy to fix that error on my part, and I appreciate that.

Good quality, good pricing, great turnaround time I was looking to do my first every door direct mailing, with something where the delivery was time sensitive, and was surprised to find that virtually all vendors, both local and online, either needed multiple weeks to turn around an order -- with up to a week or more of uncertainty in the timing -- or had extremely high pricing for turnaround in days. Then I found 48hourprint.com. They offered better pricing than most others, for a much faster turnaround: 2 day printing + 3 day shipping. They reviewed my order to make sure I had correctly designed it for EDDM compliance. And they actually ended up printing it in 1 business day, and delivering it 1 (non-business) day after that, arriving much sooner than promised. If only the post office were as reliable. 😫

Bad instruction, bad quality and poor customer support I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible. Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well. I asked for a refund or to redo. But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated. Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store. A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund. Not an honorable / trustworthy company.

Good service and fast shipment Fast shipment, but the material does not resist moisture and curls immediately which for an outdoor sign is not acceptable reply: The sign was promoted as outdoor and lists as PVC. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch. No disclaimer stating that the sign is not adequate for outdoor exposure. I will look elsewhere next time.
