GBConsistancy This is my third order. My first batch was great, I ordered again with less luck- many cards were not centered and unusable (about half). I switched companies but the ship time took forever, so I decided to give you guys a second chance and was quite pleased this time around. Hoping consistency remains what it is today.

GBScam Scam! I promised fpostcards will be delivered to the mailboxes within max 2-3 weeks. I receive notification that postcards delivered to post office 10 days after placing on order. 3 weeks later I still have not received my cards. I pays $1,700 for something just disapeared. Horrible service, over an hour on the phone and nobody to speak with. DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO GET SCAMMED With this company!

GBAvoid like the plague Designed my business card and was sent a proof to print out and make sure it was what I wanted. The artwork was off and unusable for my intended application. I reached out on the live chat with the updates I needed to which they sounded like they understood the request and my next proof would be exactly what I wanted. Instead, they moved the artwork halfway off the card. I then reached out to have the artwork reset to the original so I could make an adjustment to fix it myself. I then printed out the next proof they sent and it was off again. I reached out to the company asking for a sample, just one business card, of the original print. They said they were unable to fulfil my request. The chat had been going on for 30 minutes without any resolution to fixing the artwork. Decided I wanted to cancel the order and they drug out that process for another half hour. Customer service is slow and useless.

GBBad instruction, bad quality and poor customer support I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible. Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well. I asked for a refund or to redo. But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated. Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store. A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund. Not an honorable / trustworthy company.

GBGreat source for reasonable printing, fast I have worked with 48 hour print for over 10 years. Their on-line ordering is easy, they work with my custom designs, and their staff is responsive and helpful. I have used them for business cards, brochures, hang tags and booklets and they have always delivered a quality product, on-time. I consider them a great resource, and recommend them to friends, family and clients.
