Great service and team John and his team have been fantastic to work with from first contact through implementation and now in a steady state. I work with a lot of vendors in my role, and everything is always great when there aren't problems. When a problem inevitably comes up is when you really get a feel for the company that you've partnered up with and can see how they respond. NotifyMD has always provided clean, timely communication on issues, follow-through and follow-up on resolutions, and really has been a great partner in that sense. The service itself I would recommend to any HCP that finds themselves being woken up in the middle of the night for things that should wait until normal business hours. They script exactly how you would like it set up, go over every single call scenario with you to get clear instruction on how you want it handled, and then deliver exactly what is promised on day one. NotifyMD is one of those companies that I'll keep in the back of my mind and absolutely recommend to anyone I work with or for.
