GBPaid and never received I ordered a ring for my daughter for the holidays on November 6. It supposedly shipped November 9. When I tried to track it, there was no information available. When I reached out, weeks later when it still hadn't arrived, I was told it was in transit. It took writing 5 times over another 2 weeks (now it was six weeks of being told it was in transit) before they admitted it might be lost. I requested a refund, as there was no way this would arrive for the holidays. They ignored me and reshipped another, on December 19, which definitely won't meet my needs. They were unresponsive, did not follow up to find out where in transit my purchase was, and waited far too long to attempt to resolve it. And when they finally did, they did not honor my request. While their items are beautiful, there's no guarantee that you receive them. Go somewhere else to support local artists.

GBSTAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Ordered a ring two weeks ago and Discovered has not even shipped it. A merchant could easily complete this type of transaction within five business days, which was what Discovered promised on the webpage for this item. I can't cancel the order because it's over the 24 hour period since the order per Discovered's "policy".

GBThe send time was too long The send time was too long. I had forgotten I have ordered anything and was surprised when it arrived. I realized after ordering, the items are not made in the U.S. so I will not order again. I buy items made in the U.S. when possible.

GBAmazing quality of products, have ordered many times Very impressed with the quality of the products, especially when you take into consideration the price. I have ordered many times and some orders have taken longer than others. I understand it may take longer and it's reflected in the price. One of my orders was lost during the sending but the team at Discovered helped and had one resent and I was very happy with the service.
