Love my ring Love my ring, going to order necklace and earrings now

Tremendous choice and quality I bought a moonstone silver necklace for my mother and she loves it. I was really impressed with the diverse choice and quality of goods that are offered. All are well made and look great. Anyone would find that perfect gift for a loved one, friend or even to treat themselves. I will return to buy again and again.

Paid and never received I ordered a ring for my daughter for the holidays on November 6. It supposedly shipped November 9. When I tried to track it, there was no information available. When I reached out, weeks later when it still hadn't arrived, I was told it was in transit. It took writing 5 times over another 2 weeks (now it was six weeks of being told it was in transit) before they admitted it might be lost. I requested a refund, as there was no way this would arrive for the holidays. They ignored me and reshipped another, on December 19, which definitely won't meet my needs. They were unresponsive, did not follow up to find out where in transit my purchase was, and waited far too long to attempt to resolve it. And when they finally did, they did not honor my request. While their items are beautiful, there's no guarantee that you receive them. Go somewhere else to support local artists.
