STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Ordered a ring two weeks ago and Discovered has not even shipped it. A merchant could easily complete this type of transaction within five business days, which was what Discovered promised on the webpage for this item. I can't cancel the order because it's over the 24 hour period since the order per Discovered's "policy".

Discovered is a Scam I ordered a ring mid January, checked in with Discovered for delivery updates the beginning of April (2.5 months after purchase) and received the standard reply of “hand crafted” “artisan” “orders shipped within 3 weeks” blah blah blah. I then reviewed the shop, was given the exact same response, and then they deleted my review. I checked in AGAIN last week and… nothing. I asked for a refund and… nothing. Basically, Discovered is just a scam and I definitely learned a lesson. It’s literally over 3 months now and it’s safe to assume I won’t receive the ring, nor a refund. Damn. That stings. Currently working with my bank to contest the transaction, which is super fun. Discovered, you suuuuuuuck.

Great stuff I ordered a painted teapot and set of cups on Discovered. The products were as good as I expected and it was great to get such a nice product from the artisan. Very happy !
