I ordered this in Nov with an… I ordered this in Nov with an expectation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I got a tracking number right away but it is stuck in data received status. Despite multiple follow up emails, I have received no response. Now I am in a situation where I don't have a gift for one particular individual. I think this is a scam.

Don't buy from them Don't buy from them. Communication with them doesn't exist. Ordered on December 6th and as of December 14th nothing has been updated. They took my money, haven't responded to my emails requesting information about my Ordered item and when it will actually be shipped. On their website they supply a bogus tracking number that shows no information at all. I completely regret ordering from them. I've requested a refund but have gotten no response from them.

Poor Experience Hello, I was very disappointed in the quality of the product I ordered. When I opened my canvas, it had multiple large creases throughout. I do not even want to paint it because the creases are so obvious it ruins the painting. Based on the quality of this product, I will not recommend you all to anyone.

Ridiculously slow delivery We haven’t done the actual painting, however the delivery of the sets is very delayed, taking over 3 1/2 weeks. Beware they use regular postal service and no expedited customs. Our package was ready in 1 day, took one week to get picked up. Christmas gift ordered on Dec 2 arrived on 29th.
