Ridiculously slow delivery We haven’t done the actual painting, however the delivery of the sets is very delayed, taking over 3 1/2 weeks. Beware they use regular postal service and no expedited customs. Our package was ready in 1 day, took one week to get picked up. Christmas gift ordered on Dec 2 arrived on 29th.

Would rate lower then 1 star Would rate lower then 1 star. Ordered Dec 1st as Xmas gift. Still not here has been apparently delayed at the airport for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service and cannot comment on the quality as it is not here. Also find it ridiculous that the company asks you to review the product before you receive it just asking for bad reviews if you ask me

I ordered this in Nov with an… I ordered this in Nov with an expectation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I got a tracking number right away but it is stuck in data received status. Despite multiple follow up emails, I have received no response. Now I am in a situation where I don't have a gift for one particular individual. I think this is a scam.

Don't buy from them Don't buy from them. Communication with them doesn't exist. Ordered on December 6th and as of December 14th nothing has been updated. They took my money, haven't responded to my emails requesting information about my Ordered item and when it will actually be shipped. On their website they supply a bogus tracking number that shows no information at all. I completely regret ordering from them. I've requested a refund but have gotten no response from them.
