Scam- They'll advertise to you, take your money then not send the order & ignore your emails to their support Paid for 2 of their paint by numbers kits (non custom) with 2-9 day shipping over a month ago- still not received them Sent their customer support 2 emails a week apart- No response In the process of claiming the money back through my bank as fraud Don't waste your time or money on this scam of a company

Don’t order this website is a scam Don’t order this website is a scam. It’s been months still haven’t got my order. And they won’t refund me they keep saying it will be posted but yet my order status is unfulfilled and it’s not been posted. Olivia seems like a robot using AI to respond- emails like she is resolving my issue but my order never gets posted!!

Smooth Experience My purchase experience with them has been smooth. I love the designs they have, which is a lot by the way. I also appreciate their customer service, because they're friendly and nice. If you don't receive response within 24 hours it's prolly because they are receiving lots of queries, so try other social platforms. Anyway, it's a company I really trust.

Personalisation amendments do not work correctly I originally ordered a personalised picture, which due to christmas was delayed and has arrived today. Following my purchase i contact paintly to ask them to amend the order for the photograph i wanted was no longer wanted. I recieved a confirmation email that this would be possible and was to be changed immediately. On recieving said canvas today i have found that the picture has not been amended and is still showing the original picture, not the one sent via email to be the one on the canvas. Very disappointed given that these art pieces come from china and it is later in comparison to when it was ordered.

DO NOT USE!! Same message as everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. No replies to any emails, or correspondence. No package received yet and not even been dispatched - doubt it ever will be! Complete scam artists who rob people’s money.
