Paid for kit, fake tracking #, no response to emails I ordered a paint by number kit and received a tracking number. The tracking number was not real. I emailed the support person, Olivia, about 5 times. Never got a response. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a gift for Christmas Dec 11. Arrived in Jan. I ordered a gift for Christmas Dec. 11, 2023. 2 weeks later I tried to cancel the order at least twice. The company did not cancel it. I got a similar item on Amazon and received it in 2 days! The item from Paintly arrived Jan. 5, too late for Christmas. I will NEVER order from this company again!

DO NOT USE!! Same message as everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. No replies to any emails, or correspondence. No package received yet and not even been dispatched - doubt it ever will be! Complete scam artists who rob people’s money.

Scam- They'll advertise to you, take your money then not send the order & ignore your emails to their support Paid for 2 of their paint by numbers kits (non custom) with 2-9 day shipping over a month ago- still not received them Sent their customer support 2 emails a week apart- No response In the process of claiming the money back through my bank as fraud Don't waste your time or money on this scam of a company
