GBPersonalisation amendments do not work correctly I originally ordered a personalised picture, which due to christmas was delayed and has arrived today. Following my purchase i contact paintly to ask them to amend the order for the photograph i wanted was no longer wanted. I recieved a confirmation email that this would be possible and was to be changed immediately. On recieving said canvas today i have found that the picture has not been amended and is still showing the original picture, not the one sent via email to be the one on the canvas. Very disappointed given that these art pieces come from china and it is later in comparison to when it was ordered.

AUSave your time, don't order. Do not buy from here. I placed an order back in November and it is yet to be dispatched. Customer service is shocking, I have to email at least 3 times to get a reply. Still have no update on my order apart from their customer service saying there were 'custom issues'. Only reason I gave 2 and not 1 star is because I got a refund as per their 30 day policy (after I requested it and confirmed that I wasn't cancelling the order).

AUDon’t order this website is a scam Don’t order this website is a scam. It’s been months still haven’t got my order. And they won’t refund me they keep saying it will be posted but yet my order status is unfulfilled and it’s not been posted. Olivia seems like a robot using AI to respond- emails like she is resolving my issue but my order never gets posted!!
