Paid for kit, fake tracking #, no response to emails I ordered a paint by number kit and received a tracking number. The tracking number was not real. I emailed the support person, Olivia, about 5 times. Never got a response. Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT USE!! Same message as everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. No replies to any emails, or correspondence. No package received yet and not even been dispatched - doubt it ever will be! Complete scam artists who rob people’s money.

I ordered a gift for Christmas Dec 11. Arrived in Jan. I ordered a gift for Christmas Dec. 11, 2023. 2 weeks later I tried to cancel the order at least twice. The company did not cancel it. I got a similar item on Amazon and received it in 2 days! The item from Paintly arrived Jan. 5, too late for Christmas. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Save your time, don't order. Do not buy from here. I placed an order back in November and it is yet to be dispatched. Customer service is shocking, I have to email at least 3 times to get a reply. Still have no update on my order apart from their customer service saying there were 'custom issues'. Only reason I gave 2 and not 1 star is because I got a refund as per their 30 day policy (after I requested it and confirmed that I wasn't cancelling the order).

Personalisation amendments do not work correctly I originally ordered a personalised picture, which due to christmas was delayed and has arrived today. Following my purchase i contact paintly to ask them to amend the order for the photograph i wanted was no longer wanted. I recieved a confirmation email that this would be possible and was to be changed immediately. On recieving said canvas today i have found that the picture has not been amended and is still showing the original picture, not the one sent via email to be the one on the canvas. Very disappointed given that these art pieces come from china and it is later in comparison to when it was ordered.
