I order a doll for my great niece… I order a doll for my great niece May15,2020. Still have not received it yet. Im tracking the item and also emailed multiple time. They respond saying give it another week. Today marks 2 months No damn doll. I got intouch with my bank to investigate and refund my money. I understand it coming from China but it don't take 2 months to receive your items on a normal day.

Super soft skin like material and realistic hair make people do a double take when my daughter is walking around town with her new baby doll. She loves it

🥺Truely disappointed! SCAM DEFINITELY!!!! If I could post pictures of what I ordered and what i actually received NO one would order from this website! The reason I had ordered was because of the amazing fine details. Natural looking eye brows, eye lashes and hair. Body on picture of one I ordered had extreme detail. The one I actually received didn't even look at all the same. one leg wasn't even painted to look real none of it was painted to look at all like the photo of the one I actually ordered. Found out after I order from their website that the stuff they are saying they sell is someone else artistry not their own. Make sure to read reviews before ordering anything from this site!

It had been a month since I ordered a… It had been a month since I ordered a doll for my daughter so I contacted customer service to see if there would be a longer delay. Customer service stated that my order was fulfilled and gave me a bogus tracking number. The tracking number was invalid but they kept insisting it was already sent out. My order online said it was still in processing so I don’t know where they were getting this number from. So I contacted PayPal to get my money back; later in the week I heard from another customer service rep who then gave me a new tracking number. My account then said fulfilled. The tracking number works, but the package hasn’t moved. Still no doll. I’m very frustrated and my daughter whose birthday present this was is now heartbroken. Don’t order from Charlesen. Liars.
