SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!! BEWARE! I just received my daughters doll after ordering it more than a month ago and it’s a complete scam!!! It’s literally a $15 doll from Walmart and I paid $100 for it!!! I have contacted them for a refund and they just give me the runaround! I’m beyond livid!!!! Has anyone tried taking legal action? For one it’s total false advertisement.

Can't say I'm real.satisfied with the… Can't say I'm real.satisfied with the fake customer service emails. Been waiting for my doll for almost a month. My doll is sitting in California for the last 10 days with no movement. At least you could inform people after you take there money it will definitely be a month. I got this for someone's Birthday and figured 10 day max delay but this is ridiculous. I made sure I informed the other 3 mothers who Were!!going to buy dolls about the scam. Wouldn't order another thing from this site. Thanks for taking my money and caring about your customers👎

SCAM COMPANY This company is a rip off. Doll took forever to come, Unassembled and does not look anything like the picture. Skin tone is sunburned look. Came in damaged box. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just take your money and offer you a small credit for more poor quality merchandise. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UPDATE!! I purchased this doll 2 weeks ago for my 7 year old niece who is extremely bored during this pandemic. She is in love with this site and literally begged for the "Jamani" doll. She was so overjoyed when I told her it would be arriving soon that she already bought clothes for it. I cannot track the package and customer service is not responding so I researched these reviews and I'm horrified! I am praying that her doll arrives soon and in good condition......UPDATE, So after a little patience and prayer our baby finally arrived in 17 days! It was not the doll we ordered but my niece was pleasantly surprised and is totally in love with her new baby. She even said she prefers this one instead of the one she picked initially so I will be ordering again. Thanks Charlesen.
