BRService in this store is great Service in this store is great. The product is in full set-a picture-a portrait for drawing, a sketch for this portrait, paints, brushes. Communicative seller, sends a sketch for negotiation and approval, gives advice on placement (I think this is important and a good service for the customer. The artist has experience and he knows how it will blow). After agreeing fast processing and shipping. Tracking parcel. I recommend this store. Thanks for the honestly done work.

SEAlmost 4 months and no delivery Seriously. I ordered 1 pairing in beginning of October and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent numerous emails trying to reach them to track my order but COMPLETE SILENCE!! I ordered once before from WPbN and that delivery showed up after 3 months.. it came eventually but this time I’m not so sure about it. Terrible service!

GBOrder arrived short I ordered 4 painting kits and eventually the parcel arrived, but it only contained 3 kits. Having paid by PayPal I opened a dispute, they have closed it as the company provided a tracking number which states the parcel arrived. I dont dispute that, just the contents. Having contacted the company I was told by Julie that Covid was to blame, but this excuse had worn thin now after waiting for nearly 6 months for my kit. This company takes your money and does not deliver the goods. World Painting By Numbers is a bad company to deal with.

AUWorld Paint by Numbers is a scam World Paint by Numbers is a scam! I placed my order 05-05-2020 and was sent incorrect tracking details. After making contact I then received a message that my tracking details had been cancelled. I have emailed several times and now receive no response to my emails! Do not purchase from this company!

CHIn response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!
