I cannot stress how much of a scam this… I cannot stress how much of a scam this is. I might as well have put my money in hole and paid someone to do it. I placed my order in February, to this day it is yet to arrive. I followed up several times with emails seeking a refund or at least an update (because the tracking wasn't getting anywhere), they were very diligent about this and blocked my emails. Listen to the negative reviews on this one, my trust has only landed me with a lesson that hopefully you won't learn the hard too.

Company is a scam From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.

Not as bad as expected I ordered from this company in February and received my order last week, from China. Everything was there in one package despite being under the impression two packages had been sent. They told me it would take around 25 days to arrive and it was a little longer than that. Nothing was missing and all the paints were numbered. I'm only giving three stars, however, because although everything was there, their response to emails was not good at all and I do not like companies who do not disclose where they ship from until up front.

Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. Don't buy anything from them I ordered different kind of stuff from their webpage in JANUARY, and here in May I am still missing two of the items. Every time I contact them, they come up with bad excuses - and I still haven't received anything. I wish that I checked out Trustpilot before purchasing from them. Would definitely not recommend.
