Would've already get my items with the SAME PRICE if I order on amazon or ebay sth THEY DONT SHIP FROM OTHER PLACES! Forget about their claim on website saying they have stocks in warehouses at so many countries, THAT IS A LIE! The order ships from China, the 'estimated delivery time of 2-7days' is completely BS. You will be lucky if they even process your order in 2 weeks! DO NOT buy, I'm sure u can find similar price range of the same item that is located domestic.

Service in this store is great Service in this store is great. The product is in full set-a picture-a portrait for drawing, a sketch for this portrait, paints, brushes. Communicative seller, sends a sketch for negotiation and approval, gives advice on placement (I think this is important and a good service for the customer. The artist has experience and he knows how it will blow). After agreeing fast processing and shipping. Tracking parcel. I recommend this store. Thanks for the honestly done work.

In response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!

I cannot stress how much of a scam this… I cannot stress how much of a scam this is. I might as well have put my money in hole and paid someone to do it. I placed my order in February, to this day it is yet to arrive. I followed up several times with emails seeking a refund or at least an update (because the tracking wasn't getting anywhere), they were very diligent about this and blocked my emails. Listen to the negative reviews on this one, my trust has only landed me with a lesson that hopefully you won't learn the hard too.

AWFUL This company is complete bush league. One of the paintings they sent us was wrong. We paid extra to have frames and we paid extra to have our paintings shipped quicker. It took over a month for them to arrive, the frames were not included, and the quality is garbage. Similar to so many other people who share my frustrating experience, Julie kept giving me the run around and blaming COVID. Technically it's my fault because I didn't do my research beforehand; but, I've learned the hard way so you don't have to. Do not buy from this company. Buy off of Amazon, or even better, your local supplier.
