GBI have only ever written 1 review… I have only ever written 1 review before so it must be bad . Same experience as many . Bought in the first week of UK lockdown ( March) and now July and nothing . A “ Julie” did email me once saying she would check with her technical team but that was the end of communication other than constant stream of offers . Appears to be a scam . Hope others read this to avoid disappointment . Positive reviews can only have been written by them . Re reading them they sound implausibly positive !!

IEToo good to be true... I ordered 2 items the same day, it took about 2 months to arrive in Ireland, they came separately because they were from different providers which I did not know. I contacted customer service and the answer was: They sent my request to the logistic team and they would get back to me.. They never did but luckily I got the last missing item. The canvases and paints look OK but they do not cover the numbers. I am not sure I will order again but I am happy I got the items at the end.

AULIAR that ship from CHINA If I can give ZERO star I will, I regret that I didn't check their rating or review before I ordered!!! Would've already get my items with the SAME PRICE if I order on amazon or ebay sth THEY DONT SHIP FROM OTHER PLACES! Forget about their claim on website saying they have stocks in warehouses at so many countries, THAT IS A LIE! The order ships from China, the 'estimated delivery time of 2-7days' is completely BS. You will be lucky if they even process your order in 2 weeks! DO NOT buy, I'm sure u can find similar price range of the same item that is located domestic.

IEBIG SCAM!!! BIG SCAM!!! I maid my ordered in November for my Granddaughter for Christmas and after many e-mails they stopped replying it is now 15th January and no painting has arrived, If only I had checked trustpilot review, Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

CHIn response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!
