IEBIG SCAM!!! BIG SCAM!!! I maid my ordered in November for my Granddaughter for Christmas and after many e-mails they stopped replying it is now 15th January and no painting has arrived, If only I had checked trustpilot review, Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBLooks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

AUSCAM ! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ! This the 2nd time lately I have been scammed by a company deceitfully claiming they are based elsewhere but are in China! Received order email with blank spaces where details were meant to be ie no tracking number etc no response to my emails just automated generated emails. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE ! ... SCAM

GBCompany is a scam From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.

CHIn response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!
