BIG SCAM!!! BIG SCAM!!! I maid my ordered in November for my Granddaughter for Christmas and after many e-mails they stopped replying it is now 15th January and no painting has arrived, If only I had checked trustpilot review, Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Looks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

World Paint by Numbers is a scam World Paint by Numbers is a scam! I placed my order 05-05-2020 and was sent incorrect tracking details. After making contact I then received a message that my tracking details had been cancelled. I have emailed several times and now receive no response to my emails! Do not purchase from this company!

Too good to be true... I ordered 2 items the same day, it took about 2 months to arrive in Ireland, they came separately because they were from different providers which I did not know. I contacted customer service and the answer was: They sent my request to the logistic team and they would get back to me.. They never did but luckily I got the last missing item. The canvases and paints look OK but they do not cover the numbers. I am not sure I will order again but I am happy I got the items at the end.

Awful Awful Ordered a couple of canvasses from them in May (and paid for faster delivery) which finally arrived at the end of August/beginning of September. I had emailed several times asking where my order was and was constantly given excuses. The dispatch tracking that they provided just showed the packages bouncing around in China for months. They stopped replying to emails and so I complained to Paypal - miraculously after this the packages arrived. The actual product is fine, but I would never order from them again and would not recommend.
