Awful Awful Ordered a couple of canvasses from them in May (and paid for faster delivery) which finally arrived at the end of August/beginning of September. I had emailed several times asking where my order was and was constantly given excuses. The dispatch tracking that they provided just showed the packages bouncing around in China for months. They stopped replying to emails and so I complained to Paypal - miraculously after this the packages arrived. The actual product is fine, but I would never order from them again and would not recommend.

I cannot stress how much of a scam this… I cannot stress how much of a scam this is. I might as well have put my money in hole and paid someone to do it. I placed my order in February, to this day it is yet to arrive. I followed up several times with emails seeking a refund or at least an update (because the tracking wasn't getting anywhere), they were very diligent about this and blocked my emails. Listen to the negative reviews on this one, my trust has only landed me with a lesson that hopefully you won't learn the hard too.

Looks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

Almost 4 months and no delivery Seriously. I ordered 1 pairing in beginning of October and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent numerous emails trying to reach them to track my order but COMPLETE SILENCE!! I ordered once before from WPbN and that delivery showed up after 3 months.. it came eventually but this time I’m not so sure about it. Terrible service!

I have only ever written 1 review… I have only ever written 1 review before so it must be bad . Same experience as many . Bought in the first week of UK lockdown ( March) and now July and nothing . A “ Julie” did email me once saying she would check with her technical team but that was the end of communication other than constant stream of offers . Appears to be a scam . Hope others read this to avoid disappointment . Positive reviews can only have been written by them . Re reading them they sound implausibly positive !!
