CHIn response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!

GBOrdered beginning of December still no… Ordered beginning of December still no delivery nor a response to emails at the beginning of February. Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. GBLooks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

GBOrder arrived short I ordered 4 painting kits and eventually the parcel arrived, but it only contained 3 kits. Having paid by PayPal I opened a dispute, they have closed it as the company provided a tracking number which states the parcel arrived. I dont dispute that, just the contents. Having contacted the company I was told by Julie that Covid was to blame, but this excuse had worn thin now after waiting for nearly 6 months for my kit. This company takes your money and does not deliver the goods. World Painting By Numbers is a bad company to deal with.

IEToo good to be true... I ordered 2 items the same day, it took about 2 months to arrive in Ireland, they came separately because they were from different providers which I did not know. I contacted customer service and the answer was: They sent my request to the logistic team and they would get back to me.. They never did but luckily I got the last missing item. The canvases and paints look OK but they do not cover the numbers. I am not sure I will order again but I am happy I got the items at the end.
