Communicative seller, sends a sketch for negotiation and approval, gives advice on placement (I think this is important and a good service for the customer. The artist has experience and he knows how it will blow). After agreeing fast processing and shipping. Tracking parcel. I recommend this store. Thanks for the honestly done work.

NLI cannot stress how much of a scam this… I cannot stress how much of a scam this is. I might as well have put my money in hole and paid someone to do it. I placed my order in February, to this day it is yet to arrive. I followed up several times with emails seeking a refund or at least an update (because the tracking wasn't getting anywhere), they were very diligent about this and blocked my emails. Listen to the negative reviews on this one, my trust has only landed me with a lesson that hopefully you won't learn the hard too.

GBAwful Awful Ordered a couple of canvasses from them in May (and paid for faster delivery) which finally arrived at the end of August/beginning of September. I had emailed several times asking where my order was and was constantly given excuses. The dispatch tracking that they provided just showed the packages bouncing around in China for months. They stopped replying to emails and so I complained to Paypal - miraculously after this the packages arrived. The actual product is fine, but I would never order from them again and would not recommend.

AUSent partial order and support non existent Ordered two kits in April. After two months the delivery finally arrived and only contained one kit. Attempting to resolve via their customer support was a fruitless endeavour with a range of excuses given (including saying their system only had one ordered) and then an endless non-reply or run around. Stay away from this site.

GBLooks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further
