Not as bad as expected I ordered from this company in February and received my order last week, from China. Everything was there in one package despite being under the impression two packages had been sent. They told me it would take around 25 days to arrive and it was a little longer than that. Nothing was missing and all the paints were numbered. I'm only giving three stars, however, because although everything was there, their response to emails was not good at all and I do not like companies who do not disclose where they ship from until up front.

AWFUL This company is complete bush league. One of the paintings they sent us was wrong. We paid extra to have frames and we paid extra to have our paintings shipped quicker. It took over a month for them to arrive, the frames were not included, and the quality is garbage. Similar to so many other people who share my frustrating experience, Julie kept giving me the run around and blaming COVID. Technically it's my fault because I didn't do my research beforehand; but, I've learned the hard way so you don't have to. Do not buy from this company. Buy off of Amazon, or even better, your local supplier.

Looks like scam Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further

LIAR that ship from CHINA If I can give ZERO star I will, I regret that I didn't check their rating or review before I ordered!!! Would've already get my items with the SAME PRICE if I order on amazon or ebay sth THEY DONT SHIP FROM OTHER PLACES! Forget about their claim on website saying they have stocks in warehouses at so many countries, THAT IS A LIE! The order ships from China, the 'estimated delivery time of 2-7days' is completely BS. You will be lucky if they even process your order in 2 weeks! DO NOT buy, I'm sure u can find similar price range of the same item that is located domestic.

Company is a scam From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.
