AUSent partial order and support non existent Ordered two kits in April. After two months the delivery finally arrived and only contained one kit. Attempting to resolve via their customer support was a fruitless endeavour with a range of excuses given (including saying their system only had one ordered) and then an endless non-reply or run around. Stay away from this site.

CAAWFUL This company is complete bush league. One of the paintings they sent us was wrong. We paid extra to have frames and we paid extra to have our paintings shipped quicker. It took over a month for them to arrive, the frames were not included, and the quality is garbage. Similar to so many other people who share my frustrating experience, Julie kept giving me the run around and blaming COVID. Technically it's my fault because I didn't do my research beforehand; but, I've learned the hard way so you don't have to. Do not buy from this company. Buy off of Amazon, or even better, your local supplier.

GBNot as bad as expected I ordered from this company in February and received my order last week, from China. Everything was there in one package despite being under the impression two packages had been sent. They told me it would take around 25 days to arrive and it was a little longer than that. Nothing was missing and all the paints were numbered. I'm only giving three stars, however, because although everything was there, their response to emails was not good at all and I do not like companies who do not disclose where they ship from until up front.

GBOrdered beginning of December still no… Ordered beginning of December still no delivery nor a response to emails at the beginning of February. Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. SCAM - DO NOT USE

CHIn response to World Paint by Numbers… In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month? I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!
