Don't buy anything from them I ordered different kind of stuff from their webpage in JANUARY, and here in May I am still missing two of the items. Every time I contact them, they come up with bad excuses - and I still haven't received anything. I wish that I checked out Trustpilot before purchasing from them. Would definitely not recommend.

Almost 4 months and no delivery Seriously. I ordered 1 pairing in beginning of October and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent numerous emails trying to reach them to track my order but COMPLETE SILENCE!! I ordered once before from WPbN and that delivery showed up after 3 months.. it came eventually but this time I’m not so sure about it. Terrible service!

LIAR that ship from CHINA If I can give ZERO star I will, I regret that I didn't check their rating or review before I ordered!!! Forget about their claim on website saying they have stocks in warehouses at so many countries, THAT IS A LIE! The order ships from China, the 'estimated delivery time of 2-7days' is completely BS. You will be lucky if they even process your order in 2 weeks! DO NOT buy, I'm sure u can find similar price range of the same item that is located domestic.

Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. Order arrived short I ordered 4 painting kits and eventually the parcel arrived, but it only contained 3 kits. Having paid by PayPal I opened a dispute, they have closed it as the company provided a tracking number which states the parcel arrived. I dont dispute that, just the contents. Having contacted the company I was told by Julie that Covid was to blame, but this excuse had worn thin now after waiting for nearly 6 months for my kit. This company takes your money and does not deliver the goods. World Painting By Numbers is a bad company to deal with.
