They firstly took the initial charge of a couple of dollars and two days later a much larger charge was mage to my credit card. I now have no way of contacting them because I do not have an account, so I have lost money....for nothing. Do not give your credit card details.

I had recently purchased credits I had recently purchased credits, and didn’t see them. Contacted support and was told I used them, however I had not. They checked again and indeed it was true, they apologized and gave me my credit back. I appreciate their service and what they have to offer.

Anonim I had to ask for a refund as I had mistakenly signed up for a subscription at a time when money is tight. They responded promptly and refunded me only half of the money.

Insane fraud! Total fraud! They took more than 1500 euros from my account, by pure fraud. I wrote them saying I want to cancel subscription (which I never agreed to take at first place!) and canceled it online. After all that they still took money from my account. Keep away, dont even open the website, because the fraud starts immediately.
