I got charged over $60AUD for something… I got charged over $60AUD for something and I don't even know what. They firstly took the initial charge of a couple of dollars and two days later a much larger charge was mage to my credit card. I now have no way of contacting them because I do not have an account, so I have lost money....for nothing. Do not give your credit card details.

Above and beyond The customer service was great as the customer service agents Reply quickly, they are always very kind and empathetic. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They do whatever they can to resolve the situation they go above and beyond.

Good support I had a few issues at first but the support team helped and came up with a good solution for me. Overall, the materials and readings provided by Nebula are helpful and informative and the app works well.
