Frauds preying on good people's naivety! Like many of the others here I have been scammed. They are obvious frauds, tricking people to get a reading for 1 EUR and then charging 39 EUROS without even confirming an account creation. I have only used their website on my mobile and apparently that considers an account creation. I only receive an email to confirm 6 days later and although I haven't confirmed anything, and deactivated my account straight away, they charged me 39 euros a week later! Outrageous! Preying on people's naivety. And they claim to be ethical and so spiritual. I contacted the Support and received a very misleading email, not clarifying anything and basically saying that I don't qualify for a refund!

Good support I had a few issues at first but the support team helped and came up with a good solution for me. Overall, the materials and readings provided by Nebula are helpful and informative and the app works well.

Insane fraud! Total fraud! They took more than 1500 euros from my account, by pure fraud. I wrote them saying I want to cancel subscription (which I never agreed to take at first place!) and canceled it online. After all that they still took money from my account. Keep away, dont even open the website, because the fraud starts immediately.

I had recently purchased credits I had recently purchased credits, and didn’t see them. Contacted support and was told I used them, however I had not. They checked again and indeed it was true, they apologized and gave me my credit back. I appreciate their service and what they have to offer.
